Day 1: New York
Over night on board a wide body aircraft with
dinner and breakfast on board (D, L).
Day 2: TUNIS AIRPORT/HAMMAMET = 65 Km
Arrival at the airport of Tunis/Carthage, welcome by our representative.
Transfer to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.
Day 3: 1 DAY EXCURSION TUNIS/CARTHAGE/SIDI
BOU SAID = 150 Km
After breakfast, visit of Tunis: built during the Carthaginian era, the
capital city of Tunisia reached its opulent heights in the 10th century
when it rivalled with Baghdad.
Visit of the Bardo Museum: the most important archaeological museum of
the Maghrebian countries and the richest concerning the Roman mosaics in
the word.
Frees walk in Medina and the centre of Tunis.
Departure to Carthage: visit of the thermal bath of Antonin, villas
Romans, the Tophet, the Punic Ports, the national museum and the
theatre.
Departure to Sidi Bou Said: a truly magnificent village to be found with
its Moorish white houses sitting high on the hill in privileged harmony.
Visit of the Marabou’s City and relax in the famous cafe “DES NATTES”
that has a very nice sea view.
Return in the hotel in Hammamet, dinner and accommodation.
Day 4: HAMMAMET/SOUSSE/MONASTIR/KAIROUAN =
200 Km
After breakfast, departure to Sousse, visit of the Marina of Port El
Kantaoui and the old town.
Continuation to Monastir, visit of the Ribath and Bourguiba’s Mausoleum.
Continuation to Kairouan, the first Moslem town in North Africa.
Installation in hotel LA KASBAH 5*, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: KAIROUAN/SBEITLA/TOZEUR = 325 Km
After breakfast, visit of the Great Mosque OKBA IBN NAFAA, the
Aghlabiden pools and the Barbier mausoleum.
Continuation to Sbeitla, visit of the archaeological site.
Departure to Tozeur: one of the most famous Oasis in the world which
is surrounded by 200 springs. It is sheltered by a palm grove of
more than 1000 HA – about 400.000 palm trees.
Installation in the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 6: TOZEUR/CHEBIKA/TAMERZA/MIDES/DOUZ
= 300Km
After breakfast, departure in 4X4 to discover the mountain oasis
Chebika/Tamerza/Mides. Visit of the old villages and the canyons,
over crossing the palm groves and the waterfalls.
Continuation to DOUZ, the desert gate via CHOTT EL JERID, the salt
lake.
Installation in hotel MOURADI DUZ 4*, dinner and accommodation.
Day 7: DOUZ/MATMATA/EL JEM/HAMMAMET =
485 Km
Early breakfast and free time to admire the sunrise.
Departure to Matmata, visit of the Troglodyte houses (where the film
STAR WARS was made).
Continuation to EL JEM via SFAX, visit of the Roman amphitheatre
which has a capacity of 35.000 viewers.
Departure to Hammamet, installation in the hotel, dinner and
accommodation.

Free day on Half board in the hotel.
Day 9: HAMMAMET/TUNIS AIRPORT = 65 Km
After breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport of Tunis-Carthage
for final departure.
